Reminder! Join us for a special stretching/injury prevention session after the run this Saturday, 8:00 am at Sports Basement on Bryant Street

Reminder to join us for a special stretching and injury prevention session with trainer and coach Angela Tieri this Saturday, January 20 at 8:00 at Sports Basement on Bryant Street.

We’ll meet at 8:00 for our usual Saturday run (6 to 8 miles), then start our session with Angela at 9:30 in the 5th floor west conference space inside Sports Basement. If you’d just like to join the training session with Angela, feel free to join us at 9:30.

Please bring an exercise/yoga mat and a foam roller if you have one, as well as resistance bands if you have those, too. We can check our materials in at the front desk inside Sports Basement before our run.
