We were rewarded with various beautiful views from several hills today. Funny how our route planner Patrick conveniently manages to miss his high elevation runs. Thanks Patrick – it was a scenic route cutting across diverse parts of the city.

We also run Wednesday mornings, meeting in front of the Botanical Gardens at 8:30. We run MLK to Ocean Beach and back JFK, approximately 6 miles, finishing with coffee at Tartine. It’s a small but faithful group. Please let Anna know if you’d like to join us as we keep a flexible schedule.
