We start by heading north on Steiner St. and turn left on Waller St, then a right on Pierce St. Make a left on Haight St and then a right on Scott St. Turn left on Oak and continue along the Panhandle to Golden Gate Park. Run westward on JFK Drive and Transverse Dr. Make a left on MLK Drive, then make a left on 7th Ave. Run south on 7th Ave and continue around Laguna Honda Blvd. Make a left on Woodside Ave. and make a left at Twin Peaks Blvd. Continue through Twins Beak Blvd, and keep left onto Clayton Street. Make a right at 17th St. then make a left on Roosevelt Way. Keep on Roosevelt Way and make a right on 14th St. Make a left on Sanchez St. to the finish.

Keep along the pedestrian path through Koret Children’s Playground and continue along on MLK Drive, then make a right on 7th Ave. Run south on 7th Ave and make a left on Warren Dr. Take the stairs on the left to reach Crestmont Dr. then make a right on Crestmont Dr. Make a left on Christopher Dr. then a left on Clarendon Ave.. Continue on Twins Beak Blvd, and keep left onto Clayton Street. Make a right at 17th St. then make a left on Roosevelt Way. Keep on Roosevelt Way and make a right on 14th St. Make a left on Sanchez St. to the finish.
