Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, September 5 at Fort Mason. We meet at the entrance to the Fort Mason parking lot, next to Equator Coffee.

Supposed to be a warm day tomorrow (for San Francisco), although my highly accurate (ha!) weather app says cloudy in the morning. Don’t forget your sunscreen just in case.

Hopefully we’ll catch some cleaner air in the morning, it’s been hit or miss all week, ranging from green to red alerts by the hour and by the neighborhood.
