Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, January 25 at Sports Basement on Bryant Street.

We’ll have runs of 6, 8 and 10 miles! For those running a spring marathon, this is a down week for mileage, but it’s the first week we start practicing our race pace training. After warming up for a couple of miles, pick it up to goal race pace for 3-5 miles, then finish with a cool down.
