Shalane Flanagan and Elyse Kopecky wrote a book on running and cooking and will be signing books this Wednesday, August 15 at The Book Passage in the Ferry Building. Looks like a great book, and Shalane is a national running hero.She is an Olympic silver medalist, 4-time Olympian, and winner of the 2017 TCS New York City Marathon.
