Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, July 14 at Sports Basement on Bryant Street.
We will have runs scheduled for 6, 8 and 10 miles. For those running the SF Half Marathon, you’re two weeks out and in tapering mode, should be running between 8 and 10 miles.
A couple of club members are aiming for 15 and leaving SB at 7:00 am. Please let me know if you’re interested in joining them for the extra miles at the early start, and I’ll hook you all up.
We’ll be planning fall races shortly, so please let me or Penny know if you have any suggestions or desires for particular races. A couple of club favorites include the Healdsburg Half Marathon (October 14), the Monterey Bay Half Marathon November 11, and the Berkeley Half Marathon on November 18. For full marathons, there there’s the ever popular CIM on December 2.
