Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, March 24 at Duboce Park Cafe.
For those in training for the Marin Half, we have the first of the two longest runs in the training cycle. For the novice program, the mileage is 10 (first time in double digits!) and for the intermediate program, the mileage is 15, the first of two 15 milers.
Your humble president is still on the mend and has been told not to run just yet, so I’ll be going for a brisk walk from the start. Please join me if that’s more your speed, I’d love to have the company.
