Start by heading west on Precita Ave. then turn right on Folsom St. Turn right on 16th St., then turn left on 3rd St. turn right at Oracle Park and loop around to continue north on Embarcadero. Continue to the Ferry Building; this marks the turn around spot. Run back along the Embarcadero and through Oracle Park, then turn left on 3rd St. Turn right on 16th St. Then turn left on Mississippi St. Turn right on 17th St. then turn left on Harrison St. Continue south then turn left on Precita Ave to the finish.

Turn right on Marin St. then turn left on Kansas St. Turn right on Cesar Chavez St. Turn left on Illinois St., then turn right on Terry Francois Blvd. Turn left on Mission Rock St, then turn right on 3rd St. Make a loop around Oracle Park and continue to Brannan Street Wharf Park. This marks the turn around spot. Go back on Embarcadero around the ballpark and continue south on 3rd St. Turn right on 16th St. Make a left on Harrison St, then turn left on Precita Ave to the finish.

We will run the full Phil Arnold Trail that loops around the Conservatory of Flowers and exits at Bunny Meadow. Continue west on JFK Drive then make a right at Transverse Drive and continue onto Crossover Drive. Turn left onto Fulton Trail all the way toward Ocean Beach. Turn left at Great Highway and then turn left at Ortega Street. Turn left on Sunset Blvd. then turn right on MLK Drive. Make a left at the pedestrian path to then turn right on Middle Drive West and take Overlook Drive to JFK Drive. Turn right on Hagiwara Tea Garden Drive then turn left on MLK Drive to the finish.
