Fall races are upon us, like NY and the Berkeley Half and CIM, not to mention Penny’s 100 miler on November 3!
There’s still plenty of time to train for winter races like the Kaiser Half (February 3) and the Napa Valley marathon and half marathon (March 3). In fact, I plan to start an 18-week training schedule for Napa on October 28.
