Air quality is expected to remain hazardous in San Francisco and much of the Bay Area over the weekend, with a code RED warning from the Air Quality Management District.

We are cancelling our weekly long run tomorrow, Saturday October 14. Spare the air and exercise caution ( pun intended!)
