If you’re like me, it’s time to get yourself back out there on the road after a summer off!
It’s also time to start training for the late fall races, like Berkeley Half and the CIM, and to finish off that training for Chicago and New York.
We’ll have routes that go 5, 7-8 and 10. There is a contingent leaving at 7:00 am to clock 16, for those who need the miles. Shoot me or Penny and email or text if you want to join.
