For those running the Berkeley Half, we are four weeks out from the race. Next week is our last long run, so this week is an 8-10 miler, where we suggest you warm up for a couple of miles then practice running at your goal half marathon race pace for 5-6 miles. We’ll have several mileage options available for all.
