Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, September 10 at Esprit Park. For those running the Healdsburg Half, we have 8-10 miles on the schedule, a down week before our final long run next week. After warming up for a couple of miles, practice goal race pace for 4-6 miles then slow for a 2 mile cooldown.
We also have a 6 miler and an 8 miler scheduled. All routes are similar, they just differ on the turnaround point. 6 miles – The Arrow, 8 miles – Cruise Ship terminal, 10 miles – Aquatic Park (clock).
For those running the Berkeley Half, we are 10 weeks out (from Sunday). Your mileage should be an easy 10 if you’re up to it.
