Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, August 20 at Duboce Park. We meet in front of Duboce Park Café, at the southwest corner of the park.
For those running the Healdsburg Half in October, the race is 7 weeks from Sunday. In our 12 week training schedule, we do our longest runs 7, 5 and 3 weeks out from the race, then taper. Confused by my a schedule of my own design, I was off by a week, and I convinced a willing crew to run long last week, when it should have been this week! Sorry!
So I have put together a 12 miler, 8 miler and a social 5-6 miler. Hope to see you all there!
