Join us for our weekly long run 8:00 am Saturday, May 28 from Esprit Park.
For those training for one of the SF Half Marathons, we are 9 weeks out, so the schedule call for 8 miles at long, slow pace, before tackling 14 (!) next week in the buildup of our endurance. We will attempt three long runs at a distance longer than the half to help us arrive at the race on July 31 brimming with confidence.
We also have an easy 5 miler and a 10 miler for those looking for a different distance.
