Join us for our weekly long run at 8:00 am Saturday, September 6 at Duboce Park.
After the run, our own Joy Tatarka has graciously offered to lead a yoga session for all. Joy is a certified yoga instructor, a member of the club board and a veteran runner.
For those on the Yosemite Half schedule, we have an 8 miler on tap. We also have a 6 mile route.
For those training for NYC, this week is a down week in the march to peak mileage, with 12-13 on tap. Might be easiest to tack on a few miles before the run so you don’t miss the yoga!
